TJA1051 High-Speed, Low-Power, CAN Transceiver TJA1051T

The CJMCU-1051 is a high-speed CAN transceiver that interfaces the CAN controller to the physical bus and provides differential transmit and receive capability for CAN controllers. The transceiver is designed for high-speed CAN applications in the automotive industry with transfer rates up to 1Mbit / s.
The TJA1051 is an upgraded version of the high-speed CAN transceiver TJA1050 that improves electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) performance

Features:
The transceiver is invisible on the bus when powered down or in low-power mode;
TJA1051T / 3 and TJA1051TK / 3 I / O port can be directly connected with the 3V ~ 5V microcontroller interface;
These features make the TJA1051 the best choice for high-speed CAN network nodes, and the TJA1051 does not support bus-wakeable standby mode.
