How about the processing time ?
The processing time starts when we get your payment
Usually, it takes 3-5 working days
If your order includes JH stock, sourcing products, or packages from your other suppliers, usually we can ship out in two weeks

Can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not under processing
We would make a full refund for you or credit it for your new order
But if the order is under processing or already packed well, you need to pay a certain packing fee
