For Missing Products
Our warehouse will take pictures and make pack list while packing
1) If you find some products missing after received the shipment, please contact with us
Our sales will check the pictures and help you find the parts
2) If our warehouse did not ship out for some reason, we will offer you refund or replace -
For Defective Products
Our warehouse always test each product before shipping, and we only purchase from stable suppliers
If customer find defective products, we will take full responsibility, refund full payment or replace new ones

For Wrong Products
If JH send you wrong type products by mistake, we will offer one satisfying solution with replace or refund -
For Broken Products
If the damage of the items is caused during the shipping, please take pictures and send to JH sales
We will offer satisfying solution with replace or refund

Important Notices
1) JH can not accept goods returned to China, because most products are very heavy with low value
If you return without our agreement, we need to pay high return shipping charge and never get the package because of China's strict customs
2) If customers need product data or other infromation, JH sales will apply with the factory supplier for you
