Description:
LSM6DS3 is an accelerometer and gyroscope sensor with a huge 8kb FIFO buffer and embedded interrupt processing function, specifically designed for the mobile phone market
The LSM6DS3 can read accelerometer data up to 6.7kS/s and gyroscope data up to 1.7kS/s for more accurate motion sensing. As mentioned earlier, due to the built-in FIFO of LSM6DS3, this breakthrough can also buffer up to 8KB of data between reading, hosting other sensors, and driving interrupt pins
Each pin on the LSM6DS3 has been disconnected, with one side of the board having power and I2C functions, while the other side has pins for controlling SPI function and interrupt output. The LSM6DS3 is a 3.3V device, so providing a voltage greater than~3.6V may permanently damage the IC. Any development platform running at 5V requires a logic level shifter
