Function Description:
This circuit is used to detect ambient light and emit an audible and visual alarm when the light is dim
Circuit Description:
RP, RG, Q1, Q2 form a light controlled switch; R1, R2, C2, Q3, Q4, BP form a complementary oscillation circuit. Under light conditions, the voltage of the photosensitive resistor RG decreases as the resistance decreases. When the voltage is lower than the bias voltage of Q1, Q1 is cut off, and Q2 is cut off accordingly. The oscillation circuit stops supplying power and the buzzer stops occurring. On the contrary, in a dark environment, the resistance of the photosensitive resistor RG increases, and the voltage on RG increases. Q1 and Q2 then conduct, the oscillation circuit is energized, and the signal enters the passive buzzer, driving the buzzer to sound an alarm. The adjustable resistor RP can adjust the alarm sensitivity. The sound frequency of the alarm is controlled by the power supply voltage, R2C2
