Product Overview:
This kit is a water lamp circuit that is activated based on light intensity control. When the color is dark or the photosensitive resistor is in a dark environment, the six LED lights on the board will turn on, achieving the effect of a water lamp. The light sensitivity and flow light speed can be adjusted. The board is equipped with a test button, and once the LED light is pressed, it will move and light up. If it is pressed continuously, it will move in a continuous cycle. The circuit consists of LM358 operational amplifier circuit, NE555 timer circuit, and CD4017 counter circuit. Through this kit, you can learn these three commonly used circuit knowledge and improve your ability to analyze electronic circuits
Circuit Principle:
The circuit consists of three parts: LM358 operational amplifier circuit, NE555 timer circuit, and CD4017 counter circuit. The power supply is input from J1, and C1 is the filtering capacitor of the power supply
LM358 operational amplifier circuit: When the voltage at pin 3 of the forward input terminal of LM358 is greater than the voltage at pin 2 of the reverse input terminal, pin 1 of the output terminal outputs a high level. On the other hand, when the output is low, half of the VCC value is obtained by dividing the reverse input terminal through R1 and R2, and the forward input terminal is obtained by dividing the voltage through potentiometer RW1 and photoresistor GR. When the light is bright, the resistance value of the photosensitive resistor is small. After voltage division, the voltage at the forward input end is lower than the reverse input end, and the output end outputs a low-level LED1 that does not light up. At this point, you can press S1, which is equivalent to connecting the reverse input terminal to GND. The voltage at the forward input terminal is greater than that at the reverse input terminal, and the output terminal outputs a high level. LED1 lights up when the light becomes dim and the resistance of the photosensitive resistor increases. After voltage division, the voltage at the forward input terminal is greater than that at the reverse input terminal, and the output terminal outputs a high level. LED1 lights up. The high and low levels of the output are sent to the 4th pin of the 555 chip
