Operational Principle
1. The direct current is used through sliding contact between the brush and the commutator (commutator), the current flows into the coil, and the energized coils of different windings cut magnetic lines in the magnetic field formed by the stator group to generate electromagnetic force. The torque formed by this electromagnetic force causes the rotor to rotate, and the current flowing through the brush circulates through the commutator, achieving rotor motion.
2. Due to the installation of an eccentric mass oscillator on the rotor, the center of gravity of the rotor deviates from the center of the axis, and the imbalance of the object, the center of gravity of the rotor constantly changes during rotation, resulting in vibration.
