Product Features:
SC16IS740/750/760 is a single channel high-performance UART with a 12C bus/SPI interface. It provides a data rate of up to 5 megabits per second and ensures low operating and sleep currents. SC16IS750 and SC16IS760 also provide 8 additional programmable I/O pins for applications. SC16IS740/750/760 also offers other advanced features such as automatic hardware and software flow control, automatic RS-485 support, and software reset. This allows software to reset UART at any time without being affected by hardware reset signals
