Scope of use:
The Shore hardness tester is mainly used to measure the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. When selecting, you can use a ballpoint pen to poke the material (about 1 kilogram of force). For those with indentation, choose Type A, for those without indentation, choose Type D, and for foaming materials, use Type C. Measurable hardness range from 0 to 100H (ACD)
Measurement steps:
1. Vertical pressing style of the pressure needle
2. Reading within 1 second of safe contact between the pressure needle and the sample
3. Measure the hardness values 5 times in different locations (with a distance of more than 6mm) and take the average value

Package Type:
