Product Introduction:
The main function of a frequency divider is to distribute the sound of the power amplifier and output it to the corresponding high and low pitched speakers, allowing the high and low pitched speakers to perform their respective duties. In theory, the frequency divider does not improve the sound quality, and the actual effect depends on the power amplifier and the speaker
The frequency divider is generally suitable for speakers below 15 inches and amplifiers below 200 watts
The term 'high' refers to a high frequency, not a high volume. High pitched speakers are usually not very loud, not very loud! Its function is to play high-frequency signals to improve sound clarity, and block most mid to low range signals to reduce the loss of the tweeter. The tweeter is generally not directly connected to the amplifier, otherwise it is easily damaged
The frequency divider is a passive device that does not generate noise. If there is background noise in the power amplifier, as this noise belongs to high-frequency sound, it will be more noticeable after adding a tweeter, which is not related to the frequency divider
