1. Service Overview
To address our client Jura's request for reducing preparation and packaging time, we have designed a customized phased packaging solution.
This approach allows us to process their orders efficiently while ensuring timely dispatch by the end of each month.
2. Phased Packaging Process
The process is based on weekly procurement lists provided by the client:
·First Phase: The initial list will be sent on January 1. Upon receipt, we will immediately begin sourcing and ordering the specified items.
·Second Phase: The second list will follow around January 10.
·Final Phase: The third and final list, containing the remaining small-batch items, will be sent by January 18.
3. Operational Efficiency
This structured method enables us to minimize last-minute additions. By the time the final list arrives, most items will already be prepared, and we will only need to integrate a small number of additional products into the order.
4. Completion and Dispatch
All items from the three procurement lists will be packed and ready for collection ahead of schedule. This ensures that the complete order can be dispatched to the client no later than the end of the month.
