Description
Three Terminal Stabilized Transistor is a semiconductor device that has a high resistance until the critical reverse breakdown voltage. When a voltage regulator is reverse breakdown, its terminal voltage remains almost constant within a certain current range (or power loss range), exhibiting voltage stabilizing characteristics. Therefore, it is widely used in voltage stabilizing power supplies and limiting circuits
Features:

3. Protection circuit for internal overcurrent, overheating, and adjustment tubes in the circuit
