When a client recently faced a sea freight delay managed by their freight forwarder, they asked if we could help.

4、Clear Feedback & Resolution:
Immediately after speaking with the forwarder, we updated the client:
Explained the cause of the problem clearly.
Shared the current status/location of the goods.
Outlined the next steps or required actions.
We remained available to clarify or assist further as the forwarder resolved the physical issue.

The communication with the customer and their freight forwarder was very smooth
We quickly helped the customer resolve the transportation issue.

The client gained clarity on why the delay happened and the path to resolution.
