Our client claimed that Bulgarian customs had slapped an 86.5% anti-dumping duty on their bolt shipment,
with an additional 3.7% regular duty and 20% VAT,but customs confirmed that providing a technical
specification proving the bolts were stainless steel would remove the steep anti-dumping charge.
First sharing a Chinese-language stainless steel certificate. But customs rejected it: they needed an English
version that explicitly stated the material was stainless steel, and the initial document was deemed incomplete
(missing pages and product clarity).
we sourced a revised English technical specification and request our customer to resubmit it to customs
However, customs still rejected the documents.
Then we sent the complete documentation to the customer again
In the end, Customs accepted the documents. The anti-dumping duty was waived.customer also confirmed they’d
received their shipment and everything checked out perfectly
In summary, for every client we work with
we will spare no effort to assist with customs clearance and minimize unnecessary costs.
