3: using method
1) Tension: This film is suitable for all desktop UV curing machines (stretch film tray structure), common screw clamp design. The tension of the film on the tray has some influence on your demoulding effect. Please tighten the film on the tray according to the size of the center of the tray, not too loose or too tight. Specific methods should be combined with their own machines to explore.
2) Service Life and Replacement: We can't make an accurate commitment about service life (with customer feedback for 1-5 months), because each equipment's molding width, resin composition, use frequency, model height and personal use habits are different, so we can't give life standards. Please change your film in time when the scratches on the film surface are serious and the elasticity is gone.
