1 way 220V AC optocoupler detection module

Function:

Can be used to detect the presence of 220V AC

The output TTL level can be detected by a single chip microcomputer.

The power supply can be 3-5V

It can also be connected to the PLC24V level.

When the PLC input terminal is connected, the COM terminal of the PLC is connected to the power supply 24V input terminal is connected to the signal output OUT of this board, and the GND on the optocoupler board is connected to the negative electrode of the power

The green 2P 5.0 terminal is connected to 220V voltage, and the 3P terminal is connected to the input of the single-chip microcomputer.

Safety warning:

In practical use, after the module is powered on, do not touch any devices in the white wire frame on the board.

Because it is high voltage. Pay attention to the safety of electricity.

3 way description:
1. Function: test whether the AC 220V exists; when there is 220V, the optocoupler can be grounded; otherwise, it will not conduct
2. Output high/low level: can be directly connected to the SCM IO interface for testing, the voltage is 3-5V
3. Adapt to PLC connection, compatible with almost all PLC inputs

8 way description:
Function: test whether AC 220V exists
Output TTL level: MCU can be used for testing, the voltage is 3-5V

Output can be connected to PLC 24V

wiring:
When connecting the PLC input, the COM terminal of the PLC is connected to the 24V power supply, the input end is connected to the signal output S1-S8 of the board, and the optocoupler GND is connected to the negative pole of the power supply.
The blue 5.0 terminal is connected to 220V voltage, and the yellow pin is signal output.

When the 220V voltage is normal, the output is low level; when the 220V power is off, the output is high level.

Notice:

After the module is powered on, do not touch any part of the white wire frame on the board, because it is high voltage. Pay attention to electrical safety.
