One of our clients has provided a list of electronic kits and hopes that we can customize the kits according to his requirements.
To be honest, we’ve handled quite a few orders like this, but we never take any of them lightly.
Below is the complete process of this custom electronic kit order — an ordinary yet earnest delivery record.
Step 1: Confirm the checklist and assess feasibility.
For a breadboard that was out of stock, we proactively proposed an alternative.
After the customer approved the alternative, we officially began the custom order.
Step 2: Start with one sample kit and repeatedly confirm the details.
Many batch custom orders go wrong easily, so our approach is to first make just one complete sample kit.
We repeatedly confirm with the customer whether the components and the box are correct.
Step 3: After the customer confirms everything is correct, we proceed with formal batch assembly.
Once batch assembly is complete, we neatly arrange all the boxed kits and take a "family photo" to send to the customer.
The way we approach every custom order is exactly as described above — no skipping steps, always confirming before proceeding.
