Recently, one of our customers approached us with a clear need: they wanted a 3-6V 3W Mini Water Pump fitted with a *JST connector* – not the standard one, but a specific type that would work seamlessly with their existing system.

Here’s how our custom service turned their idea into reality – step by step.

The customer sent us a picture showing the Pump with connector. Our engineering team quickly produced **the first sample** based on their image. We shipped the sample for customer testing and feedback.

After testing the first sample, the customer came back with two important change requests:
1. **Change the pH connector** – the one on the first sample didn’t fit their system as expected.  
2. **Use thicker wires** – to ensure stable current and durability under real operating conditions.
To avoid any mass-production risks,our customer sent a sample they made to us,then we can produce same as his sample.
We sent the final sample images to the client and inquired whether they wanted us to send them for inspection. The client was very satisfied with the images and indicated that production could begin directly
